The transaction includes four franchised dealerships serving Ashland and the greater Tri-State market, representing Honda, Nissan, Ford, and Lincoln. For many years, these dealerships have been a cornerstone of the local automotive community, providing new and pre-owned vehicle sales, service, and parts to customers throughout Eastern Kentucky, Southern Ohio, and Western West Virginia.

Bill Cole Auto Group has been a longstanding and respected name in the regional automotive market, recognized for its commitment to customer service and operational excellence. This sale marks a strategic transition that supports continuity for employees, customers, and manufacturer relationships.

Dutch Miller Auto Group, an established multi-state automotive organization headquartered in Huntington, West Virginia, continues to expand its regional presence through disciplined growth and long-term investment in its dealerships and the communities they serve. The acquisition of the Ashland dealerships further strengthens Dutch Miller’s footprint across the Tri-State area.
